Caution Notice
All of the dyes used in our products are pet safe. For some of our more vibrant colors, like Strawberry, the dye can transfer to lighter-colored pet coats. We recommend hand-washing your Harness before the first use with mild soap and warm water, then air drying flat.

Cleaning Instructions
🧼👏 Hand wash using mild soap and warm water (recomended method). Alternatively, the Harness can be machine washed on the delicate cycle, though slight pilling may result from this method. Always air dry.

For one-time purchases, we offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $100 and above! Nothing stands between you and your order except 5-9 business days. Need it sooner? We got you. Just select Expedited (2-4 business days) shipping at checkout.

For subscription purchases, a $4 flat rate shipping fee will be applied unless the total cart value of both subscription and one-time purchase items are over $100. Please note that your recurring subscription orders will be charged a $4 shipping fee.

Returns:
If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at help@wildone.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond with a prepaid shipping label and details on processing a refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking fee.

- Does the Harness work well with puppies?
  
  Our Harness is great for puppies. It's comfortable for lively playtime and impromptu naptime. We do recommend sizing up, as pups can outgrow their walk gear as they get older and grow into their adult body.
- Does the Harness help to reduce pulling?
  
  Yes! Our Harness has three leash-attachment points, 1 in the front and 2 in the back, because we all lead in different ways. The front attachment is useful for reducing pulling while on walks.
- Should I use a Collar or a Harness for my dog?
  
  Experts recommend Collars for everyday wear, however, a Harness is the safest option for going on walks and engaging in outdoor activities.
- What makes the Harness comfortable for dogs?
  
  Our Harness is made from a cushioned, light-weight material, that includes some performance fabric stretch. This ensures your pup has room to move, while staying secure.
- Which leash attachment should I use for my dog, front or back?
  
  This all depends on your dog's walk style. The front attachment is best for dogs who pull, as it can minimize their freedom to charge ahead. The back clip is slightly more versatile, and recommended for dogs who are trained to walk with their pet parent.

Using a soft tape measure, begin measuring at the widest part of your pup's neck (for most dogs, this will be nearest their shoulders). Place two fingers perpendicularly between your dog's neck and the tape measure to ensure a comfortable fit.

Great fit for puppy!
We tried two other harnesses from other brands for our 3 month old mini dachshund, Apollo (5 lbs)! She loves this one! Love the color, breathable fabric and it’s easy for her to move around. High quality fabric, buckles and comfortable harness. Ps. We also own your pet carrier, which we equally love using for vet visits.

Love it!
We got the leash and harness in spruce and love the vibrant color against our golden retriever’s red coat! We got a size large anticipating that he’ll grow into it since he’s just a puppy, so we tightened the harness as much as possible and it honestly fits pretty well! The leash and harness are durable and comfortable. We’re excited for him to fully grow into the harness :)
