Shipping & Orders

    Where does Wild One ship?

    Wild One ships everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Domestic orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. We also ship internationally to any location accessible via UPS. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and associated import fees apply.

    We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders $100+! Under $100, your shipping rate is calculated at checkout. Nothing stands between you and your order except 5-9 business days. Need it sooner? We got you. Just select Expedited (2-4 business days) shipping at checkout.

    For subscription purchases, a $4 flat rate shipping fee will be applied unless the total cart value of both subscription and one-time purchase items are over $100. Please note that your recurring subscription orders will be charged a $4 shipping fee.

  • How long will it take my order to ship?

    If Ground Shipping is selected your order will arrive within 5-9 business days.

    If Expedited Shipping is selected your order will arrive within 2-4 business days.

    International Orders typically arrive at their destination country within 5-7 business days. However, once your package has arrived it may be stuck in customs for an unknown amount of time.

    We will do our best to accommodate any change requests, but cannot guarantee that updates will be made before your order ships.

    For pre-orders, changes or cancellations can only be made during the pre-order period.

    Please reach out to help@wildone.com as soon as possible after you place an order and our team will work with you to resolve any issues. Please note that our business hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.

    Tail wagging in anticipation? Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships. If you still have questions, reach out to help@wildone.com.

    As this is the busiest season for our postal service and other couriers, sometimes there are delays in their tracking systems, but they should be rectified within a day or so.

    If you see no movement or change for 5 business days, please feel free to reach out to our CX team.

    Go wild! We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and all other major debit and credit cards. We unfortunately do not accept traveler’s checks.

Returns and Exchanges

    Unused or unworn items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or items can be exchanged within 45 days, just follow this link. Items on sale may not be exchanged, but can be returned through the link above.

    It is at our discretion to accept or deny a return or exchange for items outside of these parameters. If you have any questions, you can reach out to our CX team at help@wildone.com. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking fee.

    For all international orders, please reach out to help@wildone.com to receive details on processing a return for a refund. International orders cannot be exchanged.

    Please note, orders of $400 or more are final sale and and are not returnable. If interested in placing a wholesale order, please contact our team at salesteam@verygreat.nyc. If interested in placing a large order for non-wholesale purposes, please contact our team at help@wildone.com.

    Exchanges are easy! Any unused or unworn items (that are not pre-ordered items) can be exchanged within 30 days - follow this link.

    At this time, we do not accept exchanges for limited-edition collections or International orders.

    All returns and exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking fee.

    We’ve worked hard to create a set of essentials that are durable and lasting so we offer a 1 year warranty on our products. Wear and tear may happen, especially when pets are involved, but if your items are damaged within a year of purchase, we’ll replace them free of charge. Email us at help@wildone.com to chat about our warranty. We do not accept returns or exchanges for dirty or dog damaged items. However, if the product you received is incorrect or breaks, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.

    We understand some pups may get excited with our items and chew them up. Unfortunately, this is not considered a part of regular wear and tear, and isn't a defect on our part. Feel free to reach out to help@wildone.com to see what we can do for you.

    Please follow this link for any returns or exchanges you need to make within 30 days of your delivery. You will receive a prepaid shipping label and once we receive your return back at our warehouse you will receive your refund. Please note, all returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee.

Sure, wear and tear happens, especially when pets are involved, but If the items you’ve ordered aren’t performing as they should within a year of purchase, we’ll fix or replace them free of charge.     Having a pet gets messy, but all of our items are designed to be easy to clean. In general, a quick hand wash with gentle soap should do the trick, but more detailed care instructions are listed on each product page.

    Glad you asked! We’re a team of pet-lovers working in a Brooklyn office filled with running, playing, barking, napping, getting-into-the-snacks-when-they-shouldn’t-be dogs. We’re all about making it simple to spend time with your pet - whether you’re in the park, at the office, or on the couch. We think that quality products make for quality time, that hanging out with your pet shouldn’t be complicated, and that a shared life is a happier one.

    What is the shelf life for your treats? 

    We recommend you use our treats within a one year period of their manufacture date. The “best by” date is labelled on the packaging.

  • Are your treats suitable for dogs in all life stages? 

    Are your treats suitable for dogs in all life stages? 

    They should work well with dogs of most ages. However, we suggest that dogs are at least 8-10 weeks old before giving our treats. For specific concerns, please contact your veterinarian.

    Our Wild One single Ingredient treats do not contain any preservatives. However, our Wild One baked treats contain a natural and organic preservative.
