This Black Friday, Team Wild One had the incredible honor of opening the Nasdaq Stock Market alongside Shopify and a select group of fellow NYC Shopify-powered brands. Standing on that iconic stage and ringing the bell was a milestone moment for our team—a powerful reminder of how far we’ve come since the early days of Wild One.
Eight years ago, Wild One began with four friends who shared a simple frustration: dog essentials that worked fine, but not great—and rarely reflected the thoughtful, modern design they valued in other areas of their lives. That frustration turned into our mission of making life with pets easier and more joyful through smarter construction, better materials, and elevated aesthetics.
Today, our brand has grown beyond anything we imagined in those early brainstorms. Wild One products are now available in major retailers nationwide, including Walmart, Petco, Chewy, Target, and PetSense, among countless others. Seeing our brand on shelves across the country—and in the hands of pet parents everywhere—still feels surreal.
This milestone at Nasdaq wouldn’t have been possible without the support of Shopify and, most importantly, our wildly wonderful community. Every message, every walk, and every new pup who joins the Wild One family fuels our work and inspires us to keep pushing for better.
Here’s to the journey so far, to the mission that keeps us grounded, and to all the dogs (and humans) who make what we do so meaningful.
