Returns
If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at help@wildone.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond with a prepaid shipping label and details on processing a refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    LOVE the snap buckle!

    I've been waiting for Wild One to release an adjustable collar with a snap buckle, and I couldn't be happier with this one! The material feels extremely durable, but it's soft enough not to irritate my dog's neck, and the snap makes it super quick to take off for bedtime. Plus, the Lilac color is our favorite!
