    We offer free standard shipping on all orders above $50! Nothing stands between you and your order except 5-7 business days. Under $50 our standard shipping is a flat $5. Need it sooner? We got you. Just select either $15 Jog (2-3 business days) or $30 Run (next business day) shipping at checkout.

    We offer three shipping options to get you what you need, when you need it. Orders received by 3 PM will ship that same business day. Orders received after 3 PM, over the weekend, or during holidays will ship the next business day. Expected delivery times are listed below:

    If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at help@wildone.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond with a prepaid shipping label and details on processing a refund.

    What is your Warranty?

    We’ve worked hard to create a set of essentials that are durable and lasting. That’s why nearly all of our items are protected by a limited one-year warranty. Sure, wear and tear happens, especially when pets are involved, but If the items you’ve ordered aren’t performing as they should within a year of purchase, we’ll fix or replace them free of charge.     Having a pet gets messy, but all of our items are designed to be easy to clean. In general, a quick hand wash with gentle soap should do the trick, but more detailed care instructions are listed on each product page.

    Break treat into smaller pieces to feed to your dog. Provide water, always. Treats aren't a meal replacement. Always supervise your dog when they're snacking and discard a treat if a potential hazard presents itself.

    Every dog is different. Treats are not intended to be a meal replacement and shouldn’t constitute more than 10% of your dog’s daily diet. Always monitor your dog. If your dog shows signs of an upset stomach, cease or reduce treat intake.

    While our treats are high in protein and low in fat, your veterinarian should be consulted prior to confirm that our treats align with your dog’s diet.

    Our treats are single ingredient and all natural. They should work well with dogs of most ages. For specific concerns, please contact your veterinarian.

    We recommend you use our treats within a one year period of their manufacture date. The “best by” date is labelled on the packaging.

    No, fat content is labeled on each bag. Our sweet potato treats have no fat content. Our chicken tenders and fish puffs have a fat content of 6.8% and 2.7% respectively.

    Our treats are single-ingredient, transparently sourced, and made in small batches. We’ve used higher quality ingredients and partnered with responsible suppliers. There are no fillers, preservatives, or chemicals in our treats. That may mean that our treats cost a little bit more. But we think it’s worth it to rethink quality and transparency in a category that’s notorious for sourcing opacity and inferior ingredients. Also, shipping’s on us.

    The front panel displays the type of treat and the claims that are specific to that treat. The back of the label details ingredient content, the ingredient source, lab tests/guaranteed analysis, feeding instructions, certifications specific to the farm or facility the treat was created, and distribution information.

    “GMO” stands for Genetically Modified Organism, and refers to plants, animals or other organisms whose genetic material has been changed in ways that do not occur naturally. The “non-GMO” claim means that food is made without ingredients that were derived from genetically engineered organisms.

    In order for dog treats to be Kosher, they must be certified by a Rabbinical Council. Our dog treats are not certified kosher.

    While the quality of our ingredients is exceedingly high and could be considered to be organic, our treats have not been organic certified.

    Facial swelling, itchiness, vomiting, hives, and bumps are common symptoms of an allergic reaction. Please seek veterinarian assistance immediately if you feel your dog is having an allergic reaction.
