Shipping
  • Where does Wild One ship?

  • We ship anywhere in the United States – that includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Wild about the products, but live somewhere else? Email us at hello@wildone.com to let us know where you are. We'll keep you updated when we come to a dog park near you.

  • How long will it take to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

  • Shipping to the non-contiguous United States may take a few extra days. In general, shipping to these states will take about 11-15 business days.

  • How much does shipping cost?

  • Our standard shipping is free! Nothing stands between you and your order except 5-7 business days. Need it sooner? We got you. Just select either $15 Jog (2-3 business days) or $30 Run (next business day) shipping at check out.

  • When will I receive my order?

  • We offer three shipping options to get you what you need, when you need it. Orders received by 3 PM will ship that same business day. Orders received after 3 PM, over the weekend, or during holidays will ship the next business day. Expected delivery times are listed below:

     

    Walk: 5-7 business days

    Jog: 2-3 business days - $15

    Runnext business day (if placed by 3 PM) - $30

  • Do you ship to PO boxes?

  • Yes! Just select either Walk or Jog shipping at checkout.

  • How can I change my shipping address?

  • If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email help@wildone.com.

Returns and Exchanges
  • What’s your return policy?

    If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at help@wildone.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond with a prepaid shipping label and details on processing a refund.

  • What about exchanges?

    Exchanges are easy. Email us at help@wildone.com within 30 days of your delivery. Please list which item(s) you’d like in exchange for the one(s) you’re returning. We’ll follow up with a prepaid shipping label and an order confirmation for the new item(s), which will ship out right away.

Warranty
  • What is your Warranty?

    We’ve worked hard to create a set of essentials that are durable and lasting. That’s why nearly all of our items are protected by a limited one-year warranty. Sure, wear and tear happens, especially when pets are involved, but If the items you’ve ordered aren’t performing as they should within a year of purchase, we’ll fix or replace them free of charge. Email us at help@wildone.com to chat about our warranty.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email help@wildone.com.

  • How can I check the status of my order?

    Tail wagging in anticipation? Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships. If you still have questions, reach out to help@wildone.com.

  • What payment methods does Wild One accept?

    Go wild! We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and all other major debit and credit cards, both online and in-store. We unfortunately do not accept traveler’s checks.

  • How can I find more information about a product?

    Individual product pages have lots of useful information including photos, features, care instructions, and size guides. Still have questions? Email us at help@wildone.com, and we’ll provide answers (and pup pics probably).

  • How do I clean my Wild One products?

    Having a pet gets messy, but all of our items are designed to be easy to clean. In general, a quick hand wash with gentle soap should do the trick, but more detailed care instructions are listed on each product page.

  • Where can I buy Wild One products?

    For now, our essentials are available exclusively through our website. But, we’ll be announcing exciting retail partnerships very soon. Oh yeah, we’re also opening a pop-up shop this Fall! Be the first to know, sign up for our emails here.

  • Where are your products made?

    Currently we manufacture in China, taking great care to choose partners who share our values. That means prioritizing quality, worker safety, fair wages and benefits, and minimizing environmental impact.

  • Who is Wild One?

    Glad you asked! We’re a team of pet-lovers working in a Brooklyn office filled with running, playing, barking, napping, getting-into-the-snacks-when-they-shouldn’t-be dogs. We’re all about making it simple to spend time with your pet - whether you’re in the park, at the office, or on the couch. We think that quality products make for quality time, that hanging out with your pet shouldn’t be complicated, and that a shared life is a happier one.
