Spot-clean the Treat Pouch with warm water and mild soap.
The smallest pocket at one end of the Pouch is meant to hold Poop Bags. There's an opening to the outside of the Pouch from there. Load one roll of Poop Bags into the pocket, and pull the individual bag through the opening on the side.
Yes! The dispenser works with standard-sized poop bags.
The strap is adjustable and can be lengthened or shortened for various styling. A longer strap works well for crossbody or shoulder use. The strap itself can expand to 39 in. to accommodate different heights and body types. If you place the strap around your waist and shorten it until the fit is semi-snug, the Pouch becomes a fannypack.
No, it's made of a woven fabric that's not water resistant.
The bag has a metal frame near the opening that helps keep the Pouch walls flush together and its contents inside. That said, the Pouch does not fully close, as there is no zipper or sealing mechanism.

I love how i can put my heavy phone and carry treats in the treat pouch, i love it and my dogs are extremely excited.
Bought the black and the lavender one. Super cute and fashionable! Only down side is that it doesn’t fit an iPhone 13 pro max. Super bummed cause I got this thinking it would fit my phone but it does not. The bag itself is also really heavy without stuff in it. If you don’t mind it not fitting a phone and being a little heavy then it’s a great bag.
This pouch is just soooo functional and cute. It has 3 pockets so I can keep 3 types of treats in there, but what I typically do is use the first internal pocket for kibble or low value treats, the other internal pocket for high value treats, and then the outer pocket for my cell phone. Then I love that I can wear it so many different ways - around the waist is easy, but I also like cross body or super tight on one shoulder. I love the colors and how they match the harness etc...overall just love them!
