For subscription purchases, a $4 flat rate shipping fee will be applied unless the total cart value of both subscription and one-time purchase items are over $100. Please note that your recurring subscription orders will be charged a $4 shipping fee.

Returns

How do you adjust the Leash to the shorter length?

o shorten the leash, unclip the handle/wrist loop clip at the wrist loop and attach it to the D-ring closest to your dog's Harness or Collar.

Does the Leash hold up to dogs that pull?

Yes! Our Leash is built to handle pullers. That said, please make sure you're using the correct Leash size for your dog. Our Standard Leash has a limit for dogs up to 80 lbs., while our Small Leash is good for dogs 30 lbs. and under.

Does the Leash work well for leash training?

Yes, our Leash can be used for leash training.

How do you attach the Poop Bag Carrier to the Leash?

We recommend attaching your Poop Bag Carrier to the D-ring at the Leash handle. You can slide the Poop Bag Carrier elastic through the ring and then loop the Poop Bad Carrier through the top of the elastic to create a simple knot.

Will the leash hold up to teething puppies?

Like most dog products, our Leash is not indestructible against puppy or adult dog teeth. However, our Leash is built to last, and is reinforced with a nylon core. If your dog continuously chews on their Leash, this may lead to irreversible damage.

    I love how durable this leash is. You can tell it's high quality just from looking at it. Then when you use it you can really tell! And it's so pretty especially in the sun (not something that's needed for a harness but definitely a bonus)

    I love it

    I love the leash, the color is very pretty and easy to clean, lightweight. It is of quality as well. I just hope there was another ring to put it around the waist for free hand leash. But I still do love it!

    Best Leashes EVER

    I have been a Wild One customer since 2019 and definitely not going back to anything else. The harnesses and leashes are super easy to wash and clean. They are designed well, are pretty and have the funnest colors to mix and match. I like to consider them my dog's wardrobe since she has 4 now :)

    Love these leashes, this is my second one. This time around they are made lighter. I have a standard 70 pounds golden doodle and i love it because although he pulls the leash doesn’t cut or burn my hand.
