Returns
If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at help@wildone.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond with a prepaid shipping label and details on processing a refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Can I put Wild One Plush Toys in the washing machine?

Yes, they can be machine washed on cold, with no detergent. Tumble dry on low or air-dry.

Where are Wild One toys made?

Our toys are designed in NYC and manufactured in China. Our manufacturing partners must comply with strict quality-control standards for every product and our production team visits these manufacturers on a regular basis to ensure policies and procedures are in full compliance with regulations. In addition, we continuously perform ongoing material and safety tests on all products. For added assurance, we use independent third-party testing facilities. Are Wild One toys safe for all ages, from puppies to seniors?

Yes. All of our toys are safe and recommended for dogs of any age. Be sure to always monitor playtime, and discard any disassembled pieces to avoid choking hazards. We recommend puppies begin to play with toys at 4-5 weeks old. All play should be monitored, whether they're a puppy or an adult dog, to prevent injury.

Are Wild One Plush Toys suitable for heavy chewers?

Our Plush Toys are made with multiple fabric layers for added strength⁠; however, no dog toy is indestructible. The toy lifespan will depend on your dog's chew strength, play style, and energy level. We recommend Plush Toys for light to moderate chewers.

Are Wild One toys warranty guaranteed?

No toy is deemed indestructible. The toy’s longevity depends on your dog’s strength & play style. Therefore, our toys are not warranty guaranteed. However, if you have any issues please reach out to us!

    Love the hidden squeak

    My dog absolutely loves this toy! It’s just as good as the original tennis tumbler.. but soft enough to run around with. And the hidden squeaker was definitely a hit! I have already recommended this and will most likely be back for another.

    Great for ball obsessed dogs!

    I always hesitate to buy toys that don’t come in a size for tiny dogs but couldn’t resist this one because it’s so cute. My 7lb dog has a one track mind for balls and is OBSESSED. Always finds away with full size tennis balls so wasn’t worried about that but the plush part is SUPER light but also durable and high quality so he’s been digging at it and throwing it around like a maniac for a couple weeks. Great toy!
