We suggest hand washing the Travel Carrier with a mild soap and water, followed by air drying it flat. The interior mat is machine-washable, and should be laundered on tumble dry.

If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at help@wildone.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond with a prepaid shipping label and details on processing a refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

It's totally up to you! The Carrier can be completely unzipped and collapsed to a flat shape, which is ideal for compact storage.

What are the weight and size limits of the Travel Carrier?

We recommend using our Travel Carrier with dogs up to 16 lbs. The Carrier is 17.5" L x 11" W x 10" H. Please make sure your dog would fit comfortably in that space.

    Absolutely THE best!!

    My dog loves this carrier so much, she uses it at home to take her regular naps in.

    There is no getting her out of this 🤭

    We've tried other brands, yet none match the quality and thoughtfulness that went into the making of this carrier.

    It is equally convenient for the pups parent, as you can fit many essentials in all of the many pockets, all things travel friendly fits.

    I hope Wild One never stops making these 🩷🐶💙

    P.S this bag is a breeze getting through TSA, and fitting under economy plane seating , with wiggle room to spare ✈️

    Pup can even move around inside of it 😎

    Perfect travel size!!

    This is my second Wild One carrier that I’ve purchased for my pup, Winnie. We’ve flown on United, Jet Blue and American Airlines several times, and she has fit nicely underneath the seat on all of them. She’s an 11-pound doxie mix for reference, and has a good amount of room to sleep comfortably on the flight. While I love all of the features and think it’s the best carrier I have found so far, my only knit would be that there is no water bottle holder, which would be incredibly useful/helpful. As a work-around, I bought a small, thin flask-shaped water bottle to fit in one of the small pockets…..

    Great carrier

    It’s bigger than I thought. My pup right now is 2 pounds and you can see how small she is in there. I have no doubt it’s going to be enough room for her when she’s fully grown. It’s great quality and I use it just as a car carrier too which is great.

    Nice carrier

    This is my second one. The first one a zipper on the side of the carrier broke but Wild One replaced it with this one. It is easy to use and I love the different way you can open the carrier.
