Note: Our toys are designed to be loved by dogs big and small, but how long they last will depend on your dog's size, chew strength, and play style. Most recommended for light and moderate chewers.

Directions For Use
The Triangle Tug was built for tug-of-war and multi-dog play. We recommend the human hold the rope end to reduce fraying.

Recommended for average chewers.

Cleaning Instructions
Hand wash rope and triangle with mild soap and water. Wipe triangle dry with towel and allow rope to air dry.

Caution Notice
Never leave your dog unattended during play. Discard toy if disassembled, or a potential choking hazard presents itself.

Shipping
For one-time purchases, we offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $100 and above! Nothing stands between you and your order except 5-9 business days. Need it sooner? We got you. Just select Expedited (2-4 business days) shipping at checkout.

For subscription purchases, a $4 flat rate shipping fee will be applied unless the total cart value of both subscription and one-time purchase items are over $100. Please note that your recurring subscription orders will be charged a $4 shipping fee.

Returns
If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at help@wildone.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond with a prepaid shipping label and details on processing a refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking fee.

Personalization
Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Adding personalization can take up to an additional 2 business days to process.

Can I put Wild One toys in the dishwasher?

Our Tennis Tumble (with Tennis Ball removed), Bolt Bite, and Twist Toss are dishwasher friendly - put on the top rack for a more gentle rinse.

The Triangle Tug rope is not dishwasher friendly and should be hand washed if needed.

Where are Wild One toys made?

Our toys are designed in NYC and manufactured in China. Our manufacturing partners must comply with strict quality-control standards for every product and our production team visits these manufacturers on a regular basis to ensure policies and procedures are in full compliance with regulations. In addition, we continuously perform ongoing material and safety tests on all products. For added assurance, we use independent third-party testing facilities. Are Wild One toys safe for all ages, from puppies to seniors?

Yes. All of our toys are safe and recommended for dogs of any age. Be sure to always monitor playtime, and discard any disassembled pieces to avoid choking hazards. We recommend puppies begin to play with toys at 4-5 weeks old. All play should be monitored, whether they're a puppy or an adult dog, to prevent injury.

Are Wild One toys suitable for heavy chewers?

Our toys are built to take a beating. However, we encourage you to embrace your dog’s destruction! Make sure to always supervise your pup's play, and take away any stray, rubber, or rope that might become a choking hazard. Ripping a toy to shreds is a great way for your pup to release both mental and physical energy. A reminder that no toy is indestructible.

My puppy is teething, do you recommend Wild One toys?

Yes, our toys are durable natural rubber and are freezer friendly. Freeze Wild One toys for an added cooling element to help soothe sore puppy gums. Place the Twist Toss or Bolt Bite upright on a plate, fill the center with water or peanut butter, and freeze.

Are Wild One toys warranty guaranteed?

No toy is deemed indestructible. The toy’s longevity depends on your dog’s strength & play style. Therefore, our toys are not warranty guaranteed. However, if you have any issues please reach out to us!

    Favorite toy

    This is my Weimaraner’s favorite toy by far. Every night she brings it to me to play tug. We’ve had the same one for 3 years and the rope is starting to fray a little, but its still in great shape. Just ordered a second as back up.

    Great little toy!

    My Morkie pup loves this toy!! She plays with it every day and love that we can both hang onto it without her snagging my fingers like other plushie toys. She’s me lots of teeth marks in the triangle so it’s rather soft but we love this toy!
