• What is the best way to clean the Bowls and Placemat? How often should they be cleaned?

  Our Bowls and Placemat are dishwasher-safe for an easy cleaning option, or they can be easily wiped clean by hand. Please do not use abrasive cleaning materials when washing the product. We suggest rinsing regularly to avoid unwanted buildup, which will depend on your dog's food and how often the Bowls are used.

• What size dogs are the Small and Standard Mealtime Kits best for?

  The Standard Placemat is designed to fit our Standard Bowls, which have a 32 fl oz (4 cups) food capacity. The Small Placemat fits our Small Bowls, which have a 15.5 fl oz (2 cups) capacity.
