We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $90 and above! Nothing stands between you and your order except 5-9 business days. Need it sooner? We got you. Just select Expedited shipping at checkout for delivery in 2–4 business days.

Returns
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they have not been used. Products may be carefully tried on to confirm fit, but items that have been used outdoors, soiled, damaged, or show signs of use beyond try-on are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders with Shipping Protection include a prepaid return shipping label. For orders without Shipping Protection, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Adding personalization can take up to an additional 2 business days to process.

Can I wash Wild One Playful Plush Toys in the washing machine?

Yes! They can be machine washed on a cold cycle without detergent. Tumble dry on low or air dry for best results.

Where are Wild One toys made?

Our toys are designed in NYC and manufactured in China. Our manufacturing partners must comply with strict quality-control standards for every product and our production team visits these manufacturers on a regular basis to ensure policies and procedures are in full compliance with regulations. In addition, we continuously perform ongoing material and safety tests on all products. For added assurance, we use independent third-party testing facilities. Our Plush Toys are made with multiple fabric layers for added strength⁠; however, no dog toy is indestructible. The toy lifespan will depend on your dog's chew strength, play style, and energy level. We recommend Plush Toys for light to moderate chewers.

Are Wild One toys safe for all ages, from puppies to seniors?

Yes. All of our toys are safe and recommended for dogs of any age. Be sure to always monitor playtime, and discard any disassembled pieces to avoid choking hazards. We recommend puppies begin to play with toys at 4-5 weeks old. All play should be monitored, whether they're a puppy or an adult dog, to prevent injury.

Are Wild One toys warranty guaranteed?

No toy is deemed indestructible. The toy’s longevity depends on your dog’s strength & play style. Therefore, our toys are not warranty guaranteed. However, if you have any issues please reach out to us!

    Love the hidden pocket

    My dog LOVES this plush. So much better made than other brands we have bought and my dog loves searching for the treats in the hidden pocket.

    So dang CUTE!

    I got the Smiley and Mushroom toys for my parents' dogs for the holidays, and they were such a hit. Not only were they beyond adorable, but their dogs couldn't get enough of them—especially after we hid treats in the pockets. 10/10 gift for any dog owners in your life!

    Keeps my Yorkie busy!

    My dog LOVES his plush mushroom and searching for the hidden treat in its pocket. It's super soft and friends laugh when they come over and see he's running around with a cute mushroom in his mouth! Material/quality feels premium vs cheaper ones I've had in the past.
