The Twist Toss was designed to enhance your classic game of fetch. The unique shape causes it to bounce unpredictably creating more fun for your dog and boosting their motor skills. We recommend filling with your dog's favorite treats when not using it for fetch for a snack-time challenge.

For one-time purchases, we offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $100 and above! Nothing stands between you and your order except 5-9 business days. Need it sooner? We got you. Just select Expedited (2-4 business days) shipping at checkout.

For subscription purchases, a $4 flat rate shipping fee will be applied unless the total cart value of both subscription and one-time purchase items are over $100. Please note that your recurring subscription orders will be charged a $4 shipping fee.

Returns
If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at help@wildone.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond with a prepaid shipping label and details on processing a refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking fee.

What size dogs is the Twist Toss best for?

The Twist Toss is great for pups of all sizes! Dogs 20 lbs. and under might want to explore the Small Twist Toss, designed to accommodate smaller mouths. Larger breeds should stick with the Standard Twist Toss.

Is the Twist Toss a good fetch toy?

The Twist Toss can be used a fetch toy! It's easy to clean, which makes it great for park trips. Please note, it is heavier than your average tennis ball.

What are the best treats/chews to fill the Twist Toss with?

Any dog-friendly snacks are a great filler. Jerky treats and bully sticks fit nicely in the center opening for a trapped treat option.

Can I put Wild One toys in the dishwasher?

Our Tennis Tumble (with Tennis Ball removed), Bolt Bite, and Twist Toss are dishwasher friendly - put on the top rack for a more gentle rinse.

The Triangle Tug rope is not dishwasher friendly and should be hand washed if needed.

Are Wild One toys safe for all ages, from puppies to seniors?

Yes. All of our toys are safe and recommended for dogs of any age. Be sure to always monitor playtime, and discard any disassembled pieces to avoid choking hazards. We recommend puppies begin to play with toys at 4-5 weeks old. All play should be monitored, whether they're a puppy or an adult dog, to prevent injury.

My puppy is teething, do you recommend this toy?

Yes, our toys are durable natural rubber and are freezer friendly. Freeze Wild One toys for an added cooling element to help soothe sore puppy gums. Place the Bolt Bite upright, fill the center with water or peanut butter, and freeze.

Where are Wild One toys made?

Our toys are designed in NYC and manufactured in China. Our manufacturing partners must comply with strict quality-control standards for every product and our production team visits these manufacturers on a regular basis to ensure policies and procedures are in full compliance with regulations. In addition, we continuously perform ongoing material and safety tests on all products. For added assurance, we use independent third-party testing facilities.     Fun to chase!

    My pup likes to roll this around because it rolls in random directions. I add treats inside and she's always excited when it comes out!
