For subscription purchases, a $4 flat rate shipping fee will be applied unless the total cart value of both subscription and one-time purchase items are over $100. Please note that your recurring subscription orders will be charged a $4 shipping fee.

Returns

How do I put a roll of Poop Bags in the dispenser?

The smallest pocket at one end of the Pouch is meant to hold Poop Bags. There's an opening to the outside of the Pouch from there. Load one roll of Poop Bags into the pocket, and pull the individual bag through the opening on the side.

Is the Treat Pouch compatible with other baggie brands?

Yes! The dispenser works with standard-sized poop bags.

How do you adjust the Treat Pouch to be worn in different ways?

The strap is adjustable and can be lengthened or shortened for various styling. A longer strap works well for crossbody or shoulder use. The strap itself can expand to 39 in. to accommodate different heights and body types. If you place the strap around your waist and shorten it until the fit is semi-snug, the Pouch becomes a fannypack.

Is the Treat Pouch waterproof?

No, it's made of a woven fabric that's not water resistant.

How does the Treat Pouch close?

The bag has a metal frame near the opening that helps keep the Pouch walls flush together and its contents inside. That said, the Pouch does not fully close, as there is no zipper or sealing mechanism.

    Best walking investment ever!

    This pouch is the absolute best! I love that it has a front pocket for a wallet/phone/keys etc. and a divider on the inside + it has a separate pocket for the bags! I have a leash that clips and it can clip onto the bag to, so I can walk my dog handsfree! Overall, I have loved this bag, and have no negatives to say! Already bought it as a gift for my other dog moms :)

    So helpful during walks!

    Love. The fact that it has a zipper free closure means that I don't have to fuss with a zipper, but it also keeps my phone and treats inside the back when I bend over! I love the pockets, I love that it matches Pipers OG Wild One spruce set, and I love that it's super durable and washable. Well done!
