We caught up with the models from our recent Blaze Collection photoshoot, who just so happen to be real dog moms from our Pack.

 

Meet Carrie & June

 

Wild One: Please introduce yourself!

Carrie: Hi! I'm Carrie. I wear a lot of hats but mainly I'm a writer and home decor content creator. 

 

How did you and your pup meet?

I met June when she was six weeks old and took her home at eight weeks, two weeks before the pandemic started. I call her my accidental pandemic puppy.

 

What do you love most about your dog?

She has the biggest personality that's only gotten bigger as she's gotten older. June is always plotting, scheming, trying to outsmart me. She thinks a LOT of thoughts and you can read them all over her face. But it really balances out with how sweet and cuddly she is.

 

Does your dog have any silly quirks?

She sits on her butt like a human. She knows all of her toys by name. She rings a bell to go outside...or sometimes just when she needs water, dinner, or attention.

If your dog could have a superpower, what would it be?

Speaking English.

What would their human hobby be?

Dog walking or cat sitting. She loves to play with other animals. My old roommate had a cat and they were inseparable. 

What's your favorite Wild One product?

The Walk Kit. It's so easy and the monochrome is *chef's kiss*

 

Favorite Wild One color?
Moss or Cocoa. I love rich, earthy tones.

 

Meet Elise & Forte

Wild One: Please introduce yourself!

Elise: Hi, I’m Elise. I’m a designer and small business owner of @lahn.shop and @lahn.living in NYC.

 

How did you and your pup meet?
I met Forte at an adoption event for Korean K9 Rescue in Williamsburg in 2017. He had 80 applications on him in one day, and I’ve forever felt like I won the lottery with him.

 

What do you love most about your dog?
His loving disposition and how much he loves to cuddle.

 

Does your dog have any silly quirks?
Many! He has an intense side-eye, can only spin left, and prefers chew toys larger than him.

 

If your dog could have a superpower, what would it be?
Telepathy, he’s always finding ways to uniquely communicate with me.

 

What would their human hobby be?
Self care, so many spa days.

 

What's your favorite Wild One product?
The Everyday Carrier, it's the best!
