Responsibilities

Assist in the development, planning, and execution of marketing strategy across all channels including digital, social, email, PR, and out-of-home

Manage social media initiatives including organizing calendars, posting content, engaging with community, and monitoring performance

Consistently produce branded visual content for social media platforms

Concept and develop future marketing initiatives, product launches and community events

Execute small-scale photography projects independently

Manage external content creation via influencers, photographers and brand advocates

Our Ideal Candidate

Demonstrated experience developing and executing on a diverse set of marketing initiatives

Deep engagement with and understanding of social media

Proactive with a demonstrated ability to tackle projects independently

Experience producing brand-specific creative content (visual and written)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Adobe creative suite.

Passionate about animals, with a strong eye for design and photography.

Director of Sales

Job Description

Wild One is seeking a talented and proactive Sales Director to lead all wholesale efforts for the soon-to-launch brand. The Sales Director will spearhead outbound sales, establishing meaningful and lasting relationships with brand-aligned retailers. The right candidate possesses a robust portfolio of industry contacts, strong communication skills and comfort in brand presentations, an outgoing and engaging personality, keen attention to detail, and a passion for idea sharing, accountability, and collaboration with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create brand sales strategy by channel, working collaboratively with the co-founders

Manage inbound inquiries and lead all outbound sales outreach, establishing direct relationships with a diverse range of independent and key accounts

Consistent outbound phone, email, and in-person sales meetings and business reviews with buying teams, executives, and brand ambassadors on behalf of Wild One

Partner with retailers to support their purchasing plans, inventory management, and promotional needs, including idea generation, presentation creation, order processing and paperwork execution, and top-tier logistics management

Manage business profitably, control expenses, review special handling and warehouse charges, and continually assess project value relative to workload contribution

Track all activity in CRM for successful account management and pipeline development

Our Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s Degree and 7-10 years experience in account and team management within lifestyle, home, fashion, and/or gifting.

Extensive experience with account ownership, negotiation and deal-making, brand management and portfolio development across partner relationships.

Pro-active self-starter, strong organizational skills, professional and positive attitude, high attention to detail, aptitude for working with many people, and ability to deal with a rapidly shifting workload.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Significant experience with Microsoft Office Suite & Salesforce.

Passionate about animals, with a strong eye for design.
