• How do you adjust the Leash to the shorter length?

  To shorten the leash, unclip the handle/wrist loop clip at the wrist loop and attach it to the D-ring closest to your dog's Harness or Collar.

• Does the Leash hold up to dogs that pull?

  Yes! Our Leash is built to handle pullers. That said, please make sure you're using the correct Leash size for your dog. Our Standard Leash has a limit for dogs up to 80 lbs., while our Small Leash is good for dogs 35 lbs. and under.

• Does the Leash work well for leash training?

  Yes, our Leash can be used for leash training.

• How do you attach the Poop Bag Carrier to the Leash?

  We recommend attaching your Poop Bag Carrier to the D-ring at the Leash handle. You can slide the Poop Bag Carrier elastic through the ring and then loop the Poop Bad Carrier through the top of the elastic to create a simple knot.

• Will the leash hold up to teething puppies?

  Like most dog products, our Leash is not indestructable against puppy or adult dog teeth. However, our Leash is built to last, and is reinforced with a nylon core. If your dog continuously chews on their Leash, this may lead to irreversable damage.

• Does the Poop Bag Carrier work with any Poop Bags?

  Our Poop Bag Carrier works with any standard size poop bag rolls.

• How do you refill the Poop Bag Carrier with a new roll of poop bags?

  To refill your Poop Bag Carrier, simply unscrew the lid and pop out the empty paper roll. Slide a new roll onto the dispenser and screw the top back on.
