Cleaning Instructions
Harness: Hand wash using mild soap and warm water (recommended method). Alternatively, the Harness can be machine washed on the delicate cycle, though slight pilling may result from this method. Always air dry.

Leash: Gently hand wash in warm water with mild soap (avoid aggressive scrubbing and harsh detergents), or spot clean with a cloth. Do not machine wash. Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clean. Air dry, uncoiled, and away from direct sunlight.

Poop Bag Carrier: Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Wipe dry with a towel or let air dry.

Caution Notice
All of the dyes used in our products are pet safe. For some of our more vibrant colors, like Strawberry, the dye can transfer to lighter-colored pet coats. We recommend hand-washing your Harness before the first use with mild soap and warm water, then air drying flat.

Regularly inspect your leash for signs of wear and tear, especially around the clasp and attachment points. If the rope becomes frayed or damaged, discontinue use to prevent injuries. Avoid letting your dog chew on the leash, which can damage the rope fibers.

Keep away from children.

If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at help@wildone.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond with a prepaid shipping label and details on processing a refund. Does the Harness work well with puppies?

Our Harness is great for puppies. It's comfortable for lively playtime and impromptu naptime. We do recommend sizing up, as pups can outgrow their walk gear as they get older and grow into their adult body.

Does the Harness help to reduce pulling?

Yes! Our Harness has three leash-attachment points, 1 in the front and 2 in the back, because we all lead in different ways. The front attachment is useful for reducing pulling while on walks.

Should I use a Collar or a Harness for my dog?

Experts recommend Collars for everyday wear, however, a Harness is the safest option for going on walks and engaging in outdoor activities.

What makes the Harness comfortable for dogs?

Our Harness is made from a cushioned, light-weight material, that includes some performance fabric stretch. This ensures your pup has room to move, while staying secure.

How do you adjust the Rope Leash length?

Adjust the Leash length by threading the rope through the metal adjuster. Pull rope towards the bottom snap hook for a shorter lead, and away for a longer lead.

How do you use the Rope Leash hands-free?

Use the silicone slider to resize the top loop to your desired snugness around your waist or the appropriate fit across your torso.

How do you use the Rope Leash as a traditional handle leash?

Move the silicone slider towards the top of the leash, creating a smaller handle loop at the top of the leash.

Does the Rope Leash hold up to dogs that pull?

Yes! Our Leash is built to handle pullers. That said, it has a limit for dogs up to 80 lbs.

How do you attach the Poop Bag Carrier to the Rope Leash?

You can slide the Poop Bag Carrier elastic through the opening on the silicone adjuster and then loop the Poop Bad Carrier through the top of the elastic to create a simple knot.

What's the difference between the Rope Leash and Classic Leash?

Our Rope Leash is made from lightweight materials that are easy to knot and comfy to wrap. It can also be worn four different ways: crossbody, around the waist, or with the handle (short or long lead). If you prefer to knot your leash for extra grip, coil the leash around your hand, or have hands-free options, we recommend our Rope Leash!

Our Classic Leash is made from a dirt-, odor-, and water-resistant material that easily wipes clean. Unlike the Rope Leash, it also comes in two sizes: Small (recommended for dogs up to 30 lbs) and Standard (recommended for dogs up to 30 lbs). If you prefer a Leash that doesn't trap smells and is easy to clean, we recommend our Classic Leash!

Will the Rope Leash hold up to teething puppies or super chewers?

Like most dog products, our Rope Leash is not indestructible against puppy or adult dog teeth. However, our Rope Leash is built to last, and is constructed with a strong polyester core. If your dog continuously chews on their Rope Leash, this may lead to irreversible damage.

Can you use Flair with Rope Leash?

Yes! You can use any of our Standard size Flair with Rope Leash. Gently stretch the back loop of Flair, carefully pull it over the bottom snap hook, and slide into place.

    Our fav brand

    Wild one harnesses fit my dogs so much better than other brands I’ve tried. We have way too many colors 🫣. I’m still undecided on the hands-free leash (heavy/bulky for my small dogs but convenient), but it’s a quality product for sure.

    Can’t love this enough!

    I did so much research on the perfect hands free leash and landed on Wild One. I am so impressed, it works perfectly and I’m not worried about any clips failing or losing my dog. We camp a lot so we took it last weekend and it was a life saver having my hands free while having our pup with us everywhere. Thank you Wild One!! The small size harness fits our mini dachshund perfectly! He’s around 10-12 lbs.
